Description


Scent: the oil has characteristics that excel for freshness and cleanliness of the aromatic notes, it opens decided. A dense network of hints characterize the sense of smell: green fruity, medium intensity, with freshly cut grass sensations, citrus notes, pot herbs, musk and bitter almond.


Taste: in your mouth is strong and elegant, with green fruity notes of medium intensity, a bitter and spicy sensation. Stand out almond, citrus and pot herbs notes.


Scent/Taste: excellent harmony between olfactory and gustatory part, really complex with many varietal aromas, good persistence and sophistication.


Food match: used raw, a little quantity is needed to confer taste to food and enhance the taste. Our venetian polenta, the queen of the meal, becomes the first course if we add in the pan Extra Virgin olive oil Veneto Valpolicella DOP, a little bit of greated cheese and if we served it still soft, steaming hot and golden. Excellent in sauces and red meats, hunting game and grilled vegetables.
