"I Fatti come una volta" (produced as in the past) are genuine agricultural products made following the traditional recipe handed down in families of Verona.

Soppressa salami: you can taste it in several ways at different stages of maturation, with a slice of toasted bread or polenta next to a young red wine or cutted into slices and quickly cooked in a pan with fresh ricotta cheese.

Monte Veronese cheese (fresh or semi-matured): typical cheese coming from the northern mountains of Verona province. The fresh Monte has a sweet and delicate flavor, while Semi-matured one is more intense and slightly spicy. They goes well with light, fruity red wines as Valpolicella and Bardolino.
