"I Tradizionali" (traditionals) is the name of our line of hand-made biscuits of three different types:

Nodini (little knots): the rock flour milling gives the characteristic more coarse-grained structure, which donate a truly authentic flavor.

Tozzetti uvetta al Recioto (biscuits with raisins in Recioto wine): delicious variant to the tradicional "cantuccio" biscuit, but to whom they resemble only in the form. Our Tozzetti are tender and crumbly indeed, with a taste to be discovered of raisins soaked in Valpolicella Recioto wine, 

Frollini di grano Saraceno (shortbread with buckwheat flour) : these biscuits are a perfect partner for tea, with a unique fragrance and an unmistakable flavor of buchwheat flour and brown sugar, ideal for those who loves country taste of the past.
